Runner, treat seeker, animal lover and Eating Disorder survivor.

The aim of this blog is to share stories, recipes and hopefully raise awareness of Orthorexia.

Sharing my experience from “admirable” clean eating, fitness fanatic to a kale eating skeletor hiding in a cave filled with protein shakes.

I want to create an alternative to this bullshit #fitspo lifestyle, and share things that are hopefully worth a read and will encourage the “body positive” movement.

I will also be reviewing food experiences and restaurants, because you NEED to know if the new chocolate Malteaser buttons are life changing. See my ReviewED page for more.

You won’t find any cheesy #motivationmonday instacrap here, the only cheese you will find is the cheese and wine on my lap on a Sunday Evening.

This website is for anyone struggling with health, fitness, body image or food. Hopefully my advice and experience will help those who might be as obsessed as I was.

E.G stop you from doing burpees in secret on holiday because you missed a gym sesh.

I also started this blog, to help myself. As selfish as that sounds, I must practice what I am preaching! I have learned the hard way, that there is more to life than fitness and eating clean.

Nobody is going to stand up at your funeral and say “She was a kind person with a lean body, remember when she ate all that kale, and ran marathons really fast.”
